Sir/

That I shall at the next Term of the Court of Common pleas to be holden in and for the County or district of St. Genevieve in the Missouri Territory apply and petition to the said Court to appoint Commissioners for dividing a Tract of land containing Seven thousand one hundred and fifty three arpents thirty two and 2/3 feet of  land situated at the mine a Burton in the said County, between you and myself, agreeably to our respective Rights and Titles therein, in pursuance of a Conveyance by you to me made of one undivided of if the past or those thereof, boaring date on or about the 24th Day of June 1807, and further to proceed in making such Division or partition in all things conformably to the law of the Territory in that Case made and provided – Dated 17th July 1813 –
