Allison, William Boyd

William Boyd Allison was a U.S. Congressman and Senator from Iowa.  He provided consul and friendship to every U.S. President from Abraham Lincoln to Teddy Roosevelt.  He was a well respected U.S. politician and leading expert on the economy, monetary policy, U.S. government budget, and railroads.
